Darrell and I could not be more honored to have Uncle Herman Officiating the wedding. I met Uncle Herman through my Stepdad and it was instant family with him and his wife Jill. He has been a blessing, a source of laughter and above all else he has been my family. I love him beyond words and am so glad I was able to get to know him and his family. When Jill told me that he officiated another wedding, it just clicked right then and there that I wanted him to do mine. His presence brings peace, joy and love and that is exactly what Darrell and I want at our wedding and in our life. Thank you Uncle Herman, I love you so much.

She's beautiful and fierce, this cousin of mine. She has always been my fighter and my champion. Always pushed me to do more and speak up. She is much more than a cousin she is a sister and a friend. I am so excited for her to take this journey with me, cause I am sure I wont make it that easy. ;). I am so thankful she is here to help guide me through this wedding planning and I am sure at some point she will have to check me! So glad I can spend this time with her.

My best friend in the universe. I have known this girl since the first day of 5th grade. We have been through thick and thin, good, the bad and the ugly. I love her to death and am so honored to have her by my side today. She has been my best friend for so many years, seen each other through so many laughs, heartaches and amazing memories. I am blessed to call her my best friend, and honored to consider her my sister for life. She is still in California and am so thankful she is making the trip to stand by me on the biggest day of my life.

After many years of knowing me and seeing me at my absolute worst she stuck by my side. With endless rounds of Insanity workouts, tears and laughter we have been thick as thieves through the past years. Now moving across the country has brought us miles apart physically, every time I talk to her its like we are in the same room. Also from California, Amy made the trip to be here for me on this special day, she is amazing and cherished by my entire family. I know John is looking down on us all with a smile on his face, and a sense of satisfaction. Thank you for sticking by my side even when it was ugly and thank you for making the trip

My future step daughter! But to be honest I see her as my own. We have such a special bond that I could not be more thankful or more lucky. It is super hard coming into a family that is already one unit. I was very nervous, but Madi could not have made me feel more welcome or more loved. This girl would do anything for me and I would do anything for her. For the rest of my life I will feel blessed that this pretty girl loved me so much and that I loved her beyond measure. And who can forget our gorgeous little Peaser. This girl keeps us all on our toes and knows how to handle herself. She is a tough cookie but she is also as cute as can be. So I am honored that she will be walking down the aisle with me.

My Ro Boat! This little man is the sweetest and funniest. He always brings joy and laughter to my heart whenever I see him. He is also an amazing big brother to Capri. He loves sports, he loves making people laugh and I am so grateful he is going to be our Ring Bearer.

My Brother is my guy. Someone who I have always looked up to and has always been there for me no matter the need big or small. Since he is 2 years older than me, and I have always admired his drive and wisdom. He has taught me a lot about life, how to work hard, and the fact that you get what you put into the things that you do. At the same time though, he knows how to have fun and is always cracking jokes and making me laugh. I don't think we can ever be serious, but that is what makes our relationship so special. I feel blessed and lucky to have him standing next to me sharing in this special moment with me.

I have known Rob since elementary school and we have been friends ever since. We have done a lot of crazy things together and most stories should not be told. I remember one time in high school when we went off-roading and he drove his Jeep down into a creek. We never saw that drop-off and are thankful that we didn't roll over. I guess Jeeps do have some limits! During college we were roommates and played/invented every drinking game imaginable. Those were some of the most fun/crazy/wild times of our lives and created a bond for life. Rob has always been the life of the party and I cant wait to have him as a groomsman and party on!

Steve and I go back all the way to Cub Scouts. I have known him and his family since we were kids. We went to high school together and always had a lot of fun. I remember back then it was all about the car stereo and the bass, I am surprised either of us can still hear! Even when Steve left Charlotte and went to Florida State we stayed close and even took a road trip once to see him. Steve lives on Lake Norman and has the ultimate house for summer hangouts. Definitely looking forward to hanging out with him and our crew this summer on the lake. I am honored to have Steve as a groomsman and look forward to celebrating with him!

Mason (aka Mace, Swan, DJ Swanny) is my son and an absolute joy. He is smart, has a big personality, is full of laughs, and can make friends anywhere he goes. He is one of the most athletic kids I've ever met and can pick up any sport naturally. I see a lot of me in him and it has been great seeing him grow as a responsible young man. It has also been great seeing him bond and grow with his relationship with Chantel. I love seeing their connection and all of the memories we make together as a family. I am thrilled to have him as my groomsman and can't wait to see him escort his sister Madison (bridesmaid) down the aisle.
