Question
We don’t see our kids on the RSVP, can we still bring them?
Answer
We kindly ask that children stay home so everyone can enjoy a night off and celebrate with us! Let’s make our special night a date night for you. We have asked only our immediate family and wedding party’s children to join us.

I have a newborn, are they allowed?
Answer
Yes, those children under 1 years of age are considered babies in arms.

Where do we park?
Answer
You will see a cherry orchard on the right with a gravel entry right before, you will pull in there and park. The walkway will be lined with lights to the driveway up.
Question
What if I have a hard time walking or am in a wheelchair or walker?
Answer
We ask that you don’t park where the other cars are. You can drive just past the cherry orchard to pull into the driveway. You will drive up to the reception area and be able to get out there. If alone, we will have someone who can park your car for you that’s a bit closer than the cherry orchard.

What is the preferred attire?
Answer
We are asking for Smart Casual. We prefer you don’t wear jeans and enjoy an evening of dressing nice. This doesn’t mean you have to wear cocktail attire though.

Is it an indoor or outdoor venue?
Answer
Our wedding is both. We hope for an outdoor ceremony but we live in Oregon! The reception will be in a barn style setting with doors open. There will be propane heaters around but we recommend bringing a jacket just in case.

Are there Uber and Lyft Services?
Answer
Yes, though the venue is 7 miles NE of Stayton so waiting for one to take you home may be a longer wait. Please plan accordingly to ensure you are off the property no later than 11pm. You may be able to schedule one or find a Designated Driver to drop you off and pick you up! We just ask you are safe and responsible! If you need to leave your vehicle on property over night please make sure to pick it up by 1pm Sunday.

I didn’t see an option to pick our meal choice, will dinner be provided?

Absolutely! Though we have chosen a BBQ buffet style catering.

If coming from Salem on Hwy 22 going East, you will take a left turn on the Fern Ridge Rd SE Exit (first exit past Sublimity exit). Then turn Right on Siegmund Rd. The venue is on your Right. If coming from Lyons on Hwy 22 going West, you will take a right onto Fern Ridge Rd SE. Then turn left on Siegmund Rd. The venue is on your Right. If coming from Silverton, take Cascade Hwy towards Stayton/Sublimity. Turn left on Triumph Rd SE (just before Sublimity). Turn right onto Boedigheimer Rd S. Turn left onto Fern Ridge Rd SE. Then turn Right on Siegmund Rd. The venue is on your Right. If you Maps it it will take you to the correct location as well.
