Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held at the Missouri Botanical Gardens in St. Louis, Missouri.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the Gladney Rose Garden between 5:30 pm-6:00 pm. The wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Free, secure parking is available on the premises.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony is outside in a rose garden, rain or shine. If there is wet weather, you will be provided an umbrella upon entering the garden. The reception is located in an enclosed pavillion that is both indoors and outdoors.

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Yes.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. Tuxes and gowns are welcome. Cocktail dresses and suits are welcome. No jeans or other casual clothing, please.

Can I bring a date?

The number of guests permitted to attend with you is indicated on your wedding rsvp insert.

We love your kids but you deserve a night off. Adults only, please. Enjoy yourself!

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bride and groom and immediate family will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the reception pavillion where we will be serving hors d'oeuvres and drinks.

Is smoking permitted at the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Per the venue's policy, there is no smoking within the gardens. You may smoke in the secure parking lot just outside the venue.

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Yes. We have a hotel block at the St. Louis Union Station Hotel and Hampton Inn and Suites Forest Park. Just mention the Fink-Mehill wedding at the time of booking.
