Both the ceremony and reception will take place outdoors.
All guests need to take advantage of our complimentary shuttle unless you have arranged with us to drive separately. Please see the Wedding Day Shuttle Transportation tab for more information.
Departing shuttles will be ready as early as 9:30 pm and will depart when they are full. The last shuttle will depart promptly at 10:50 pm.
Elevated cocktail attire: elegant and dressy partywear (but not black tie). For those wearing heels, please choose a thick or chunky block heel, not a skinny stiletto, as you will be walking on grass and mulch. Please bring a coat for the evening as it can grow chilly. It will be in the mid-50s by the time the evening comes to a close.
Yes! Children of all ages are very welcome. Another option is to get childcare in Carmel. Please let us know if you need referrals.
