Garden party chic cocktail
Arrival and welcome. Champagne will be served in the cocktail space as well as the outdoor patio space. Please note, if you are not arrived and seated prior to the ceremony start, you will be asked to wait in the welcome space for the duration of our ceremony.
7:00 pm
Please note that there will be no formal seating as we have opted for a less traditional cocktail style party. We will have heavy hors d’oeuvres served during our cocktail hour immediately following our ceremony. We will also have a variety of food stations during the remainder of the evening. We hope to keep the party going and the dance floor flowing!
7:30 pm
Immediately following the ceremony,please head up to the terrace for a lively open cocktail hour. We have several selections of wine, beer, and spirits for you to enjoy while mingling with guests. We also have two custom cocktails inspired by the bride and groom. Please note that the event staff is still preparing the final touches to the main indoor reception space so we ask all guests to remain out on the terrace or inside the main entrance bar area. The reception room will open shortly before the wedding party makes their entrance.

Party, party, party! It’s time to celebrate the newlyweds. Head to the dance floor for fun all night highlighted by the incredible Dj Kerry Joe, from Tallahassee, Fl. Go Noles! Don’t worry ladies, the bride has you covered. Kick off those heels, grab a complimentary pair of slippers, and keep the energy going! #FoyouIwilliams
