They met on April 29th, 2023 at the Brunchella Festival in Atlanta, Ga. Chantae was invited out with her friend to enjoy the Yung Joc hosted festival and activities. They were dancing and enjoying the atmosphere when she ran into Sir Charles before leaving. Sir had been enjoying the festival that day with his friends. Chantae had to leave early because another one of her friends was getting engaged that night. During the last few minutes, Sir and Chantae spent time getting to know each other. We hit it off from the very beginning. Sir was so excited after she left, he had the mic from Yung Joc carrying the entire crowd with his electric singing to Dru Hill. They had their first date a week later and it was love from then on.

We are very family oriented. Both our families are often in town visiting. It was Easter weekend and unknowingly, Sir, had arranged for the ladies to take me to brunch. We had friends also coming over to watch Westlemania. When the ladies all arrived back home, the scene was set. There were candles everywhere leading me to our backyard where Sir was waiting with all of our family and friends. Mariah Carey’s “Always Be My Baby” was playing, my favorite song, as I walked out surprised do see everyone gathered. Sir grabbed my hand as he spoke the most beautiful word quietly to me. He then got down on his knee and asked me to be his baby forever! I said YES!
