Things To Do
Grand Teton National Park
A visit to GTNP is a must while you're in town. Hike to Bradley-Taggart Lake, or hang out by String Lake with a good book and view of the Tetons. The Jenny Lake loop is also a great hike. Don't forget your camera and bear-spray!
Jackson Hole Rodeo
The Jackson Hole Rodeo is every Wednesday & Friday night at the Fairgrounds in town (also Saturdays but you might be busy). Get tickets online!
Snow King Mountain
Snow King has lots of fun summer activities and is right in the Town of Jackson! Check out a scenic gondola, e-bike & mountain bike rentals, hiking trails, a zip line, mini-golf or the "cowboy coaster."
Floating on the Snake River
If you're extending your visit to Jackson, definitely spend a day on the river! Check out the white water (the Snake River has Class II and III rapids during regular season) or a scenic float in through Grand Teton National Park. Jackson Hole Mountain Resort
JHMR in Teton Village has lots to offer even without the snow. You can take a scenic Tram ride, hike to the top of the gondola, or check out the mountain bike park. Teton Village has lots of great restaurants and live music in the commons most Sunday evenings in the summer time.
