Question

Can we get an Uber in Jackson?

Answer

Uber and Lyft are active in Jackson, but there is limited availability. If you are arriving at the Jackson Hole Airport, you should be able to find an rideshare, but Taxi services are also very popular. Airport Taxi or Old West Transportation are good local businesses. If you are out late in Town, do not count on getting an Uber back to your hotel, they may not be available. The Town of Jackson/Teton County does have a free rideshare app, where you can request a ride within certain limits of East Jackson. You can download the app, called START On-Demand or call (307)400-4438 to use this service for free between 6 AM- Midnight. Rideshare is not guaranteed to be available from our venue. We will be providing transportation to and from our venue to ensure everyone has a safe evening.
