How do we get from the airport to the resort?

Answer

When you book your room there will be an option to select transportation that will take you too the resort and take you back to the airport which should be included in the cost of your booking.

What is the dress code?

Answer

For the Wedding: Beachy formal and please NO BLACK OR WHITE. Beachy Formal: Collard Shirt for men and slacks, and dress/ blouse/slacks for women Many of the restaurants have a dress code: Resort Casual: Long pants, jeans, dress shorts and collar shirt or polo shirt required for men. Shoes, tennis shoes or dress sandals. For women blouses, skirts, slacks or dresses, dress shoes or dress sandal. No sleeveless shirts or flip-flops allowed. No bathing suits allowed.

What is the weather in the Dominican in November?

Answer

The average temperature in November is 84 degrees with temperatures rarely falling below 78 degrees and above 88 degrees.

Do we need to pay for food and drinks at the resort?

Answer

The Hard Rock Punta Cana is an All Inclusive Resort and all the food and drinks (including alcohol) are included in the cost of booking the hotel. Tip is included in the cost of the booking as well.

Do we need a reservation for the restaurants at the resort?

Answer

Yes. 8 restaurants on the resort require a reservation to dine at during your stay. We recommend making reservations when you arrive at the resort for any restaurant you are planning on dinning at. These restaurants also have a strict dress code which can be view in the Dress Code FAQ on this page. The remaining restaurants do not require a reservation and there is 24/7 room service that can provide you with food by simply calling the direct line provided in your hotel room.

Our favorite restaruants are: Zen (Sushi and Hibachi), IPanama (Brazillian Steakhouse), Toro (Steak house), and Pizzeto(Pizza)

What is there to do at the resort?

Answer

The Hard Rock Hotel has over 11 pools, many of which have swim up bars. There is also nightly entertainment and bars throughout the resort. For an additional charge you can also Bowl, escape an Escape Room with Escapeology, gamble at the Casino, dance your heart out at the Oro Night Club, and much much more.
