Outdoor Ceremony
4:30 pm - 5:00 pm
Semi-Formal
The shuttle will drop off right at the venue and there is ample parking on site, but expect to walk across some grass to your seat for the ceremony. Please arrive at 4 pm and note the bar will not be open until 5. Weather permitting, we plan to have our ceremony outside in the grass, so dress accordingly!
Cocktail Hour
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Semi-formal
There will be a few light bites in addition to beer, wine, and soda. We can't wait to hug everyone!
Dinner & Dancing
6:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Semi-Formal
The best part!!! We will have buffet stations setup with some of our favorite types of food that we cannot wait for you to try! Please be sure to let us know of dietary restrictions or allergies in your RSVP so we can be certain to accommodate everyone. If you have song requests, words of wisdom, or funny stories about Victor or Teresa please pop those in a comment box as well. See you on the dance floor!
Pizza Party!

Shuttles will drop guests off at this hotel after the reception so you might as well come hang out in the lobby with a few rectangles of our favorite chain pizza. The hotel is keeping their fire pits and bar open late so we can keep the fun going!
