Victor and his roommate Annie threw a party to celebrate their other roommate Alexa's birthday. Annie invited Teresa, a friend from Lehigh University who just moved to Boston. Fortunately for Victor and Teresa, Alexa isn't around for the party, Annie calls it a night extra early, and only like 6 people came! With limited options for conversation, Teresa chats up the tall, cute, funny guy who has the same name as her younger brother. They talk all night long and Victor deftly gets Teresa's phone number by offering to teach her how to ski.

After a few perfect dates, Victor invites Teresa to come with him to the annual Halloween party hosted by his friends. After almost dressing up as a scarecrow, Teresa instead tells Victor she is going to go as Mia Wallace from Pulp Fiction. Being socially clueless, Victor excitedly dresses as Vincent Vega - a decision he fails to realize has heavy implications (#couplescostume). Without realizing it, he asked Teresa to make things official, and she easily agreed!

Victor knew he wanted to ask Teresa to marry him somewhere special, and allowed dogs. He planned a camping trip (for the first time) on a *peak* foliage weekend in the White Mountains and suggested they summit Mt. Washington. Victor's only requested break of the grueling hike was three-quarters of the way up, where surrounded by sun and snow and rocks, he took a knee and told Teresa he cannot imagine living life without her, and she agreed! The adrenaline of the moment carried them up the rest of the way, and allllll the way back down. That night Victor cooked steak and green beans on the fire - the same meal he cooked for Teresa on their first date - and they shivered the night away.
