Shuttle from Hotel to Wedding

June 26, 2021 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm

There will be a shuttle from the hotel to the wedding making 2 trips on either end of the party....Schedule as follows: Pre-ceremony- 3:00 pm - Bus #1 3:30 pm - Bus #2 (last bus!) Post-wedding- 10:00 pm - Bus #1 11:00 pm - Bus #2 (last bus!) *bar service will end at 10:30 and the music will end just before the second bus leaves, so don't worry about missing out on the party :) You are welcome to leave your car parked at the wedding overnight and take the shuttle back to the hotel! We want to have a great time with everyone and have our guests get "home" safely. **according to current First Student rules, all passengers over the age of 2 must wear a face covering while on the shuttle**

Travel Note

Getting out to Western New York...

If you are planning to fly out for the weekend, Buffalo and Rochester both have fairly large airports and are about a one hour drive from all the festivities. The wedding reception will be held in Wyoming NY, which is not accessible by public transportation. We recommend renting a car or meeting up with some friends/family that made the trip by car once you are in Western NY. Please do not count on using ride-share services like Uber and Lyft - although they technically operate there, they are not reliable due to a lack of drivers in the area.

Microtel Inn & Suites Warsaw, NY

We have a room block at this brand new hotel (see link, or call and ask for the Chamberlain-Malone wedding block). Note that the link automatically starts your reservation to check in on the 25th and out on the 28th - as long as you are within that time frame you should be able to adjust those dates. The wedding block will end on May 14th, 2020, so please make your reservation before then! The hotel is within walking distance of downtown Warsaw and several restaurants! We also plan to have a shuttle service available before and after the wedding to come back to the Microtel, if you would like to take advantage of that shuttle, please reserve your room there.
