When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than Saturday September 16 , 2023. This allows us enough time to provide table numbers for the venue

Are my children welcome?

Answer

Yes, absolutely your children are welcome. Please just indicate them on your invitation if they are not mentioned. However, we will not be providing a babysitting service. No worries though! We would like to see them enjoying the party just as much as you.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unless indicated as "Guest" or "Plus One" on your invitation please reach out to either the bride or groom to discuss.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, please wear business casual, cocktail, or more formal attire. Please refrain from wearing jeans and t-shirts. Children under the age of 5 are welcome to wear whatever is comfortable

I have a food allergy. What can be done?

Answer

Please indicate what allergy you may have on the RSVP and we will speak with the venue about alternates as all outside food is prohibited by the venue (aside from some very specific circumstances). If there is a problem or the venue is unable to accommodate the request we will contact you to discuss options. As general information, we will not be providing seafood or shellfish at the reception, including hors d' oeuvres and entrees.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, the venue has parking; however, we ask that if you are driving to the venue and not staying at the hotel that you carpool if possible and have a designated driver for the end of the night

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will not be providing any transport from hotels around the area. Ubers and Lyfts are generally around. If there is an issue with transportation reach out to the bride before the event date. On event date the bride and groom will designate an individual who is willing to assist. Their information will be listed here asap.

What should I bring in terms of clothing?

Answer

October in New England can be varied in temperature and weather; however, it is typically pleasantly warm during the day and cool at night. The ceremony will be held outside weather permitting; the reception will be held indoors. We recommend layering so that you are warm during the ceremony but don't bake during the reception. For other activities outside of the wedding, sweatshirts and light jackets are recommended in case you get cold.

What is the Welcome Reception?

Answer

We are having a Welcome Reception for those out of town family and guests in lieu of a Rehearsal Dinner. If you have any specific questions regarding this event please reach out to Chaille.
