Where do we park? **UPDATE**

Answer

Three of our neighbors have graciously offered their driveways as parking spaces for guests. 432 and 445 Circle Hill Drive are across the street from each other and just up Circle Hill Drive from our house. 400 Circle Hill Drive is the first house (French Country Style) on the right as you enter the subdivision. They have offered their driveway as well as the gravel parking spot in front of their home. You may also park along the right side of the street heading up Circle Hill Dr. to our house. Carpooling/Uber is a great option if possible. There are 2 business parking lots available just across from the entrance to Highland Hills. 4110 Sutherland Avenue (2 story red brick) and 4206 Sutherland Avenue (LabCorp). It is a 4 minute walk to our home. If you need different accommodations, please let us know.

Do we need to bring a gift?

Answer

No. We've combined two households and can't imagine needing anything.

Will the Ceremony be indoors or outside?

Answer

It is a July wedding (sorry for the heat), but we are planning an outside wedding. If it rains, we will go inside (and be very close to each other). The time will hopefully contribute to dusk and less direct heat.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

We are planning a reception with food, drinks, and treats - yes, there will be cake. We will open our home to anyone who needs to be indoors as well as have places to gather outdoors. We will have some activities for the kids... Braylee has an air conditioned "she shed" to share with your children.

Does your wedding have a theme?

Answer

Our theme is simple - Summer Love. You are our wedding party so dress comfortably in summer apparel. The grooms will be wearing blue (Chad's favorite color) and white (Steve would have most everything in our home white if Braylee and Chad would let him). Braylee will be in the actual ceremony and she cannot wait to get all dressed up for "our wedding." We hope everyone will be part of the many candid pictures our photographer will be taking. We want these memories forever.

What should we do if we cannot make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

What time should we arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive an hour before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled. We hope everyone will get to know each other. After all... you are our chosen family. Also, you will want to get there in time to park and get to our home.

How do we RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP electronically by navigating to the RSVP page on our website. If viewing the website from your phone, look for the menu icon (3 horizontal bars) at the top left of the screen. Our wedding day is just around the corner. Your quick response will make sure we plan accordingly. When you RSVP we are asking that you include several of your "favorite" love and/or wedding tunes. We are building a playlist and would love to have all your suggestions. You can also let us know if you have any allergy/dietary restrictions.

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?

If you have a food restriction, please let us know asap.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

Answer

We do not mind at all. If you get some super great pictures, we would love for you to share with us directly.

I can't attend the wedding in person. Will there be a virtual wedding celebration?

Answer

Unfortunately, there will not be a virtual means to attend our wedding.

When will the reception end? Will there be an after-party?

Answer

We do not have a timeline... we will go with the flow.

What health and safety measures will you be taking during the event?

Answer

We are not requiring facial covers for our wedding. If you feel more comfortable wearing a mask, we do not mind.

How will you communicate any updated information and/or changes before the wedding?

We will use this website and the FAQ section with last minute updates and changes.
