We truly care about everyone's safety and want to ensure you all can enjoy yourselves and get home safe and sound. We have booked a shuttle that can seat up to 37 people that will be transporting guests to and from the Holiday Inn hotel to the venue. The first departure from the hotel is at 3:00pm, and the second is at 3:40pm. The return shuttles will be at 9:15pm and 10:00pm.
Because our venue is a private event company, and with Governor Abbott's recent declaration to remove the mask mandate for Texas as of March 10th, masks will not be required at the venue. However, we encourage our guests to wear masks, social distance, etc. based on their comfort levels. The venue staff will still have masks and gloves on, and they will have several hand sanitizer stations and space the tables at least 6ft apart. As always, please wash your hands and stay home if you're not feeling well!
Yes, we just ask that you go back to the venue ASAP the next morning to retrieve your car. The venue will have another event going on the next day and will need the parking spaces.
