What will the weather be like?

Answer

High temperatures will most likely be in the mid 70s to low 80s, while low temperatures will probably drop into the 50s. So make sure to bring some clothes for chillier evenings. There is always a small chance for summer showers in June as well, so keep that in mind when packing your bag.

How soon should I book my room?

Answer

As soon as possible. Flagstaff is a summer destination and hotels may fill up even more quickly due to the July 4th holiday. If you have any issues booking a room or finding lodging, please let us know.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

At this time, there is nothing being planned in terms of group transportation. If you plan on drinking, we recommend using Lyft, Uber, or a cab to get to the venue, which is only about a 10 to 15 minute drive from most of the hotels in Flagstaff. If you are not drinking and plan to drive yourself, there will be plenty of parking at the venue.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony itself will start promptly at 5pm, followed immediately by the reception at the same location.
