Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We have carefully planned our guest list and invited each guest by name. If your children's names are not listed on your RSVP invitation, we regret that we do not have room to accommodate them. We hope you understand and can still join us for our special day.

Will there be a transfer to the reception?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held at the same location. However, you will need to walk between the two areas. If you will need a wheelchair or have any mobility concerns, please reach out to Kara as soon as possible.

How do I know where to sit?

Answer

There will be reserved seating at the ceremony for immediate family, but otherwise, there is no assigned seating. We don’t have designated sides, so please feel free to sit wherever you’d like. For the reception, there will be a seating chart to help you find your place.

How do I RSVP

Answer

To RSVP, please go to the RSVP tab on our website and type in your name. The app will show you who is invited in your family, and you can select whether each person will be attending or not. Please make sure to pay attention to the dress code when you RSVP.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We spent a long time thoughtfully curating our guest list. When you type in your name under the RSVP tab on our website, it will show you who in your family is invited by name or if you have a plus one indicated as "guest." If a plus one is not listed, we regret that we cannot accommodate additional guests.

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

We need to provide our final numbers to our vendors by a specific date. Please respond whether you can attend no later than July 1st. If you are having any issues RSVPing, please reach out to Kara, and she can assist you. We cannot accept late RSVPs once we have given our vendors the final number counts.

Can I take photos?

Answer

Our ceremony will be unplugged as we have paid professionals to capture our special day, so please power down your phones during this time. Feel free to take photos after the ceremony.

Do you have a gift registry?

Answer

Yes! Please click on the registry tab.

Will transportation be provided to and from the wedding venue?

Answer

Transportation details will vary depending on the location of our venue and the preferences of our guests. We're currently exploring options for shuttle services or coordinating rideshare groups for your convenience. More information about transportation arrangements will be shared closer to the wedding date, so please stay tuned for updates on our website or reach out to Kara.

What are accommodations available for out-of-town guests?

Answer

We have not arranged for any hotel blocks. There are plenty of hotels in the city of Ithaca and surrounding areas. You can also type our venue into Airbnb and VRBO to see what options are available there. If you are struggling to find accommodations, please reach out to Kara for assistance.
