For guests needing transportation to and from the venue, a shuttle service will be provided. The drive from Bend is about 40 minutes each way. Please sign up on your RSVP to reserve your spot, as space is limited to those on the list! Pick-up & Drop-off Location: The Old Mill - (the parking lot in front of) City Home | 661 SW Powerhouse Dr #1302, Bend, OR 97702 Schedule: To the Venue: Shuttles leave The Old Mill at 2:35 PM to get you to the venue by 3:15 PM. Return from the Venue: Pick-up and drop-off will run on the hour from 9:30 PM to 11:30 PM. Return trips to The Old Mill from the venue are approximately 40 minutes. Please Note: This location is a meeting spot only! You will need to leave your car parked here overnight or arrange your own transportation (e.g., Uber) to and from this location.

For those looking for a rental stay, these are some of the best spots! -Bend: 40 minute drive to the venue -Redmond: 15 minute drive to the venue -Terrebonne: Anywhere near Smith Rock is right around the corner from the venue if you’d like to stay close by! The best areas to look for your Bend rental: Downtown Bend: Right in the middle of the action to restaurants, shops, and breweries all just steps away! Old Mill District: River views, fun shopping, walking trails, and live music. Westside / Riverfront: Along the river with easy access to parks, trails, and local spots. Drake Park Historic District: Vintage-style homes, just a short walk to the river and right across the street from the park. The best areas to look for your Redmond rental: Downtown Redmond: If you want to be a bit closer to the venue, this central spot has coffee shops, breweries, and local eats nearby. (also right by the airport!)
