Please RSVP by March 15, 2026, through our wedding website. Simply click on the RSVP tab, enter your name, and indicate your attendance.
The ceremony will begin at 3:30 PM. Please plan to arrive by 3:15 PM so you have time to settle in and find your seat!
Due to our venue's limited capacity and our intention to keep the celebration intimate with our close family and friends, we can only accommodate guests formally invited whose names are listed on the invitation. We’re so sorry, and wish we could include all loved ones! We’ve made sure that all guests traveling without a date will know someone in attendance—but please reach out if you have any concerns!
We have decided to keep our wedding day an adults-only event, with the exception of our flower girl. We encourage you to treat the evening as a date night—enjoy a night off and come ready to party!
Formal attire requested. Ladies: Please wear full-length gowns or elegant evening attire—colors encouraged! Gentlemen: Please wear dark-colored suits paired with a necktie or bow tie or a tuxedo.
Our beautiful bridesmaids will be wearing olive green. Please avoid this color if possible to help them stand out!
We kindly ask guests to refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We've hired a photographer to capture this special moment for us, and we want everyone to be present and engaged. After the ceremony, you're welcome to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

Usually sunny and warm during the day (70s–80s °F), with cooler evenings. Our wedding day events will be held outdoors, with access to indoor space.
The venue is about a 40 minute drive from Bend. It’s located within a gated community and accessed via a long private road, so please allow extra time for travel and parking to ensure you arrive before the ceremony begins.
We have two hotel blocks in Bend, both within walking distance of the Old Mill—the shuttle meeting spot. Booking details can be found on the Travel page! You’ll also find more details there for Airbnbs and places to stay in Redmond.
Yes, on-site parking is available; however, it is limited! Additional parking is available down the road, so if you plan to drive, please allow extra time. We will also have a shuttle service running from the Old Mill to the venue, so please take advantage of the shuttle to get here!
Yes! We will have a shuttle service available in Bend to and from the venue, so you can relax and enjoy the celebration without worrying about driving. Please sign up for the shuttle when you RSVP — there’s an option to select this service to reserve your spot. Space is limited to those on the list! SHHHHH... but yes! While the noise ordinance is at 9:30 PM, if you'd like to keep the party going, join us inside to continue the celebration!
