Zachary and I first met while working at the movie theater as teenagers. Who knew years later we would meet again. Our love story began at PetSmart and is quite movie esque. As I walked through the doors of the store his head turned from the dog treats to me and our eyes locked. There he was with his dog and I with mine. I pretended to look at some dog toys across from him and turned to see him staring at me. I have never seen someone turn their head so fast. I picked up Ginger's dog food and made my way towards the front of the store. He was in the dog toy aisle and I let Ginger's retractable leash go knowing she would run down the aisle to meet his dog Hazard. We realized we knew each other from working at the movie theater. Zachary calls this moment his twenty seconds of insane courage. He asked me if I wanted to hang out sometime. I said yes. He went to get a piece of paper and a pen. His hand was shaking while he wrote down all of his information and I do mean all of his information. He gave me his home phone number, cell phone, and email. We both still have the post-its that we wrote our contact information on. I went home to tell my parents. I sat down in front of my Mom as she was reading a book and said, "Mom I have just met the man I am going to marry." She said that she couldn't wait to see how this story would unfold. Zachary and I talked on the phone for weeks before we went out on our first date because I was in college and studying for finals. We have been inseparable ever since then. Three months later, December 7th, 2012, Zachary asked me to marry him. Well, we've waited long enough and are more than overjoyed to spend the rest of our lives together as Husband and Wife.
