Yes! We would love to celebrate with you across both days. All guests are welcome to the Catholic Ceremony and Aperitivo on Thursday, May 13, as well as the Persian Ceremony and Reception at Villa Corsini on Friday, May 14.
We would love to celebrate with you on both days, but we completely understand if your travel plans only allow you to attend part of the celebration. We are grateful for any time you are able to spend with us.
To keep our celebration intimate, plus ones are reserved for those named on the invitation. If yours includes a guest, it will be clearly indicated.
We have chosen to keep our celebration adults-only, with attendance limited to those named on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding.
We will share separate dress code guidance for Thursday and Friday once details are finalized.
Yes! Complimentary shuttle transportation will be provided to and from Villa Corsini on Friday, May 14. Pickup location, departure time, and return times will be confirmed closer to the date.
Villa Corsini is dedicated exclusively to hosting events and does not offer on-site accommodations. Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, while dinner and dancing will take place inside the villa. In the event of inclement weather, all activities will be moved indoors.
The Sofreh Aghd is a traditional Persian wedding ceremony centered around a spread of symbolic objects, each representing wishes for the couple's future together. We are excited to share this special tradition with our family and friends.
Following the ceremony, guests will walk together to Angel Roofbar, approximately a 12-15 minute stroll through the heart of Florence. The route is primarily cobblestone, so we recommend comfortable footwear and avoiding very narrow heels.
Our caterers can accommodate a variety of dietary needs. Please note any restrictions or allergies when you RSVP so we can ensure everyone is taken care of.
We have put together a detailed Travel page with information on airports, transportation, accommodations, and getting around Florence. We recommend booking flights and hotels early, as May is a popular time to visit Italy.
Formal invitations with RSVP details will be sent later this year.
