Over the years, we have grown together through all of life’s ups and downs. We have supported each other, learned from one another, and built a strong and steady relationship that we are proud of. After Celiana's sister was deployed to Hawaii, we took a trip to visit. On one of the first days there, after visiting a few scenic spots, our parents helped arrange a quiet moment for just the two of us at the Makapuu Lighthouse Trail. Celiana was a little tired and grumpy that day, but she was determined to see the lighthouse. The main trail was closed, but Braiden found a hidden path and helped her climb down to the original lighthouse viewpoint. While she was looking out and talking about the power of the light, she turned around to find Braiden holding a ring. The breeze was strong, the view was beautiful, and Celiana said yes through tears and laughter. We are so excited to celebrate this next chapter with the people we love most.
