WIFI and Cell Service

Answer

There is no cell service or wifi at the wedding venue and very limited cell service and wifi at the steamboat inn. Most of the rooms at steamboat in have no wifi and only their lobby/dining area has wifi.

Wedding Parking

Answer

There is very limited parking at the wedding venue and will be limited to those camping or needing any kind of special accommodation. We will have an alternative parking area (about a 5 minute drive) with shuttles to take you to the wedding at 4pm and 4:30pm and return you to your vehicle at 10pm. If you need special accommodation, please reach out to us.

Parking is limited to 20 spots. Please consider carpooling where that is an option and let us know if you plan to camp and bring a vehicle so we can help coordinate.

There is poison oak surrounding the field, so be cautious when engaging with the forest.

We will have adequate potable water on-site for the wedding day. There is also free potable water less than a 10 minute drive from the venue.

Travel Coordination with Other Guests

We know many of you will be traveling from out of state and figuring out how to get to our little town from the airport. We created a Facebook page with the hopes that you all might be able to coordinate with one another for carpooling and such. Campsite Setup

If you plan to camp, please plan to have your campsite fully set up by 3pm on the day of the wedding or wait until after the ceremony to set up.
