Washington State Ferry

The ferry you will take leaves from Anacortes Washington. On Friday, May 3rd, there are three possible ferries leaving from Anacortes to Friday Harbor that we suggest taking: departing Anacortes at 11:55am, arriving at Friday Harbor at 1:20pm departing Anacortes at 2:40pm, arriving at Friday Harbor at 3:45pm departing Anacortes at 4:30pm, arriving at Friday Harbor at 5:50pm It is important to arrive 1 hour before the ferry is scheduled to depart with or without a reservation. If you are driving up, you will be able to make reservations starting February 14th. You should reserve a spot on the ferry for Friday, May 3th and for your return trip on Sunday, May 5th. If you can't make a reservation, they still have places open on the boats. We'll send a ferry reservation reminder out in February.

Travel Note

Airport Shuttle to San Juan Island

There is a shuttle service from SeaTac airport all the way to Anacortes and then on the ferry to Friday Harbor, on San Juan Island. The cost for a ticket is $80. The shuttle leaves SeaTac Airport at 11:15am. Reservations are required. If you choose to take this shuttle, please let us know so that we can coordinate travel from Friday Harbor to the venue (5 min. away).

Saltwater Farm at Friday Harbor

This is where our wedding events will take place. Saltwater Farm is located just a 6 minute drive from the ferry dock at Friday Harbor on San Juan Island in Washington. There is free camping on the property. We also reserved 11 guesthouses at Saltwater Farm. We have special links for the reserved houses.
