Attire: Country encouraged! Think boots, denim, hats, fringe, dresses, or anything that makes you feel fun and ready to dance. Dress it up or keep it casual just lean into the country vibe.

This is a relaxed, casual evening meant to kick off the week perfect for meeting fellow guests, catching up, and enjoying live music together. Come as you are, grab a drink, and have fun.

Barton Springs - Meet up

3:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Attire: Casual and comfortable. Swimsuits, cover-ups, athleisure, sandals whatever you’d normally wear for a laid-back pool day. Come as you are.

We’ll be doing a casual meet-up at Barton Springs for anyone who wants to cool off and hang out while in town. This is a relaxed, come-and-go gathering, no formal plans, just a chance to spend time together and enjoy one of Austin’s most iconic spots.

Reception/Dinner

6:00 pm - 10:00 pm

This is the main celebration of the weekend and the event we’re most excited to share with everyone. We’ll start with a cocktail hour, followed by dinner and drinks. It’s our chance to celebrate together in one place, and we truly hope everyone can join us for this evening. Parking and transportation. Downtown Austin parking can be limited, so we highly encourage guests to use Uber, Lyft, or another rideshare service for convenience. If you prefer to drive, there are several nearby paid parking garages and street parking options within walking distance of the venue. Please allow extra time to park and walk to the rooftop entrance.
