He speaks English really well and will also share cultural and historical facts of Albania and Himare during the boat tour. Also he made our tour 1+ hour longer for free!

Check them out if you plan on visiting Komani Lake in the Northern part of Albania! They offer very down-to-earth villagers/hiking experiences and this specific company is a small business. If they're booked, not to worry, just go on instagram and search "Komani Lake" or "Lumi i Shales" and you will find dozens of other businesses in this region offering the same things (i.e., boat ride from pick-up point to hotel location, meal included in price, etc.)

Never been here, but it looks very nice if you're looking for a more luxurious experience in the Northern alps of Albania! Also, they have a very nice underground pool, where you can swim and relax while taking in all of the nature! You can book on Booking.com or AIRBNB.

On your way to Theth, you can stop here for the night and enjoy one of the most luxurious alpine stays North Albania has to offer. They also have a restaurant serving traditional Northern Albanian Food. They recently have become really famous so make a reservation asap!

Amazing seafood and the views are gorgeous! They're a family owned restaurant. Their English is limited but they have menus in English too. We went so often last summer that the owner gave us free raki (this is a huge sign of respect and a sign of us being welcomed again in the future)!

Really traditional Albanian southern food. Family owned. It's right in the middle of the old historic district of Gjirokastër (which is where you'll want to be). The vibe is top notch!

Amazing traditional food - absolutely get the rice and chicken cooked on stone! It is also so cute inside decorated with stone. Tip: call them via WhatsApp and ask them to share their location, otherwise you will not be able to find this place (coming from experience)!
