Matron of Honor
While technically my first cousin on my mom's side, Andi has always felt more like a sister to me. After she trusted me to serve as her Maid of Honor at just 16 years old, I am honored to ask her to do the same for me, 8 years later.
Best Man
My brother Devin is only 17 months older than me and we've done a lot together ever since we were kids. He has one of the most impressive combinations of energy and appetite that I have ever witnessed. He brings the party and the guitar riffs. Stream his band Telegraph South.
Maid of Honor
My best friend from high school & favorite Texan, Maya and I have continued to grow such a special relationship, even while across the country from one another. One could argue she beat Jordan to the punch by completing the marriage packet project with me in high school 😉. The coffee to my matcha, the blonde to my brunette - she’s simply the best.
Groomsman
My brother Brendan has the kind of "family man" dependability you see on a sitcom and the type of "football mind" you read about during an NFL coach hiring cycle. Him striking me out in wiffle ball as kids "submarine style" lead to my habit of swinging at high and outside pitches in rec softball to this day.
Bridesmaid
My dear friend from college, Peyton and I met through a mutual friend and the sorority we were both briefly a part of. We've continued to grow closer over the years, even serving as a bridesmaid in her own wedding three years ago. Post-college, we love our visits between STL and KC to see one another.
Groomsman
Holden and I began as mutual friends through Cela and his now wife (see: bridesmaid Peyton) and he's become one of my most trusted friends. A handsome devil in jeans and a white t-shirt and a proud father to Sullivan. Drives an '88 GMC that definitely runs like a dream all the time.
Bridesmaid
Liv and I met through the RA position at Missouri State. Since then, she's been my spontaneous travel buddy, a frequent visitor to Tampa, and one of my closest friends. We've had the blessing of our engagements overlapping, and it's been so special to share this chapter together!
Groomsman
My friend since middle school band, where, as percussionists we used to see how many times we could trick our classmates by playing our school's dismissal bell tone on a xylophone before our teacher would lose it. These days he's a recent medical school graduate (Dr. Klump to you) but he is not doing my annual physical, I checked.
Bridesmaid
I remember Keegan being born when I was in middle school -- I was so excited to have a baby in the family! She's grown into more than just my cousin, she's my friend, and I love any time I get to spend with her when we visit one another between Memphis, St. Louis and Tampa.
Groomsman
Cela's brother and my future brother-in-law is a purveyor of history facts, Letterboxd hot takes, and mid-2010's Cardinals statistics. He may teach about democracy but his class isn't one. Like me, he knows a good orange throwback NFL jersey and an Italian sandwich when he sees one. His grandma already mixes up my name with his and it's an honor.
Bridesmaid
I met Elyse through my first job post-college. A fellow swiftie, Elyse always makes me laugh, and it’s been such an exciting year as our engagements have overlapped. While we (sadly) no longer work together, she’s such a special friend to me!
Groomsman
Josh is my longtime friend, former childhood and high school baseball teammate and lifetime fellow Produce Pro. If you visited Dierbergs Telegraph from about 2017-2021 and wondered why the produce wasn't always fully stocked, there's a good chance Josh and I were goofing off in the back and roasting shoppers who asked us to cut open what they were sure was the perfect watermelon.
Bridesmaid
Hope and I became friends while being RAs in college, and grew even closer post-grad while living near one another in St. Louis. She always makes me laugh and I’m so thankful that Missouri State brought us together!
Groomsman
Logan and I have bonded over a wide variety of shared experiences during our friendship, including our football days comparing how much turf we ate at practice before blasting music on the sweaty drive home (if you guessed School House Rock, you're correct). A fellow frequent patron of The Gramophone and imitator of Willem Dafoe's Green Goblin.
