Her and Bolaji have two beautiful kiddos: Livy and Elias, who will also be walking down the aisle.

Mel and Em spend most of their time in NYC together picnic-ing in the park, at brunch, or hanging with Arthur pup. Emily encourages Mel's sweet tooth and bakes amazing pumpkin bread every fall! Mel can always count on Em to be ready to party and celebrate.

Thomas is an avid traveler and brings out everyone's model side while taking photos. Mel and Thomas have become especially close throughout the years because he is great at giving advice, and is always there as a listening and understanding ear.

Emma is Mel's former "twin" during nursing school because of their blonde hair and likeliness to always be together. Emma and Mel met in NYC but they realized that they were both from Minnesota, and their hometowns only 15 mins away from each other. Emma and Mel share their love for Levain cookies and cheese. Emma has always been a supportive and loving friend. Fun fact: Emma was there when Chris asked Melanie on their first date!

They were glued at the hip during high school and were there through all the exciting emotions of meeting their future husbands :) Even though they live far away, they continue to be close and support each other. Fun fact: they once tried a "banana hair mask" together and it didn't work out, so they had to comb banana mush out of each other's hair for 3 hours before it was all out.
