Keep in mind that the this rate is "dynamic," meaning it will fluctuate and likely increase as we move closer to our wedding date. The earlier you book the room, the better rate you will receive. Shuttles from Hotels to Venue

Complementary vans will be picking guests up from Christiana at Vail, Evergreen Lodge, and Vail Marriott at 4:00pm sharp. If you are staying elsewhere in the Vail area, please feel free to meet at one of these hotels for use of the vans. These vans will be available throughout the evening for transportation back to the hotel if your dancing feet tire out :-) **Please note! We highly encourage use of these vans as mountain roads can be very dark, and there is no cellular reception near our venue.
