We're Getting Hitched!

Our story began in 2021, Cecilia had been working for a company called Seaweed Co. for a little over a year when Josh started. One day, about a week or so after Josh started, one of Cecilia's friend and co-worker came up to her and was like, "The new guy is kinda hot right?" She totally played it cool, but really she was GUSHING! Josh just had a way about him that had Cecilia so intrigued, so she started talking to him more, which turned to taking lunch breaks together, then hanging out after work, really bonding over music and common interests. One thing led to another and they both expressed that we were interested in each other and Cecilia couldn't believe it, the hot guy from work was into ME! Little did she know, she was the "hot girl at work" to Josh's friends. The rest is history, and we look forward to writing our chapter with you, our friends and family.

Josh and Cecilia took a trip to New York City back in 2022 that was a lot of fun and resulted in them wanting to plan another trip with a group of our friends. They selected a group of their friends to take along and started the planning. They had been looking forward to going back from the day they left. Something about the big city was so inspiring and had so much to explore it just couldn't all be covered in one trip. Cecilia knew Josh had something up his sleeve but she didn't know what. Josh and I went to a beautiful winery just the two of us, we wondered around the city checking out the sites, went back to the airbnb to freshen up and plan the rest of our evening. First stop, TIME SQUARE, as soon as we walked out of the subway, my eyes lit up! I was like a kid in a candy store, "lets go in here, and there, and there!" As I was leading the pack I hear Josh shout my name, I turn around and there he is, middle of time square down on one knee. I practically didn't even let him ask, immediately I said yes, tears in my eyes as he put the ring on my finger. The ring being a beautiful gold setting with two diamonds from his Mother's family and he custom ordered a gorgeous citrine gem (my birthstone) in the center. I stare at this ring everyday, and I am more than excited to say I do.
