Yes! If you find a better deal or are using travel points, go for it. Just let our travel consultant know so you're still included in our headcount for wedding events and perks.

Absolutely. You can arrive before or stay after the wedding weekend (October 17–21), and still receive our group rate—just let our travel coordinator know.

Secrets Vallarta Bay is an adults-only, all-inclusive resort, which means your food, drinks, beach time, and even room service are all covered.

Yes, it’s required—but don’t worry! If you're flying, the cost is usually included in your airline ticket. If not, it’s about $43 USD. You’ll either fill it out online or when you land. ✈️🌴

Oh yes. Outside of our wedding celebration, the resort has tons of activities—spa, pool parties, water sports, beach hangs—and we’ll be sprinkling in optional group fun too!

Yes, all U.S. citizens need a valid passport to enter Mexico. Please check that yours doesn’t expire before your return date. No passport card, no entry.

No judgment—do you, boo! 💁🏾‍♀️ But if you’re staying elsewhere, you’ll need a guest pass to attend the wedding. Just let us know in advance so we can make sure your name’s on the list and you’re not stuck at the gate while we say “I do”! 💒✨

Yep! You’ll pay a room deposit of $100 ($50 per person for double occupancy), then: June 5, 2025: Full payment due (if you're not getting travel insurance) August 5, 2025: Final payment due (if you are getting travel insurance and paid 50% by June)

You’ll be able to select from available room types in our block. Want a preferred room or a specific view? Just ask during booking—we got options.

If you’ve purchased travel protection (TPP), you can cancel for any reason and get a full refund (minus the insurance cost). Without TPP, refunds are limited, so we highly recommend the insurance!
