***Please note our wedding events will be adults-only, so we encourage guests to plan accordingly.*** Flights & Arrival Fly into Lynden Pindling International Airport (NAS) in Nassau, Bahamas it’s only about 10 minutes from Baha Mar. Tip: Book flights early! Prices typically rise 4–6 months before travel. Airport Transfers Taxis and pre-arranged shuttles are available right outside baggage claim. The resort concierge can also assist with coordinating private transfers if preferred. Travel Tips Currency: The Bahamian Dollar is equal in value to the U.S. Dollar and both are accepted everywhere. Electrical Outlets: Same as the U.S. (110V, standard plugs). Language: English Gratuity: Most restaurants and the resort automatically include a 15% service charge. What to Pack Lightweight, tropical clothing, it’s warm and sunny year-round. Taxis are readily available, or groups can arrange shared car services in advance for excursions. Recommended Travel Dates We’d love for everyone to join us between Thursday, April 30 to Sunday, May 3, 2026, so we can enjoy the full weekend together leading up to our wedding on Saturday, May 2, 2026. While it’s completely up to you which days you stay, we’d love for everyone to be there from Friday through Sunday to celebrate the main events and soak in the weekend together.
