Where should we stay?

Answer

There are so many options for West Yellowstone and the surrounding area. Whatever you decide, make your reservations as early as possible. It is not uncommon for hotels in the area to book out a year in advance. Please don't wait to make arrangements.

What's the weather like in Montana in September?

Answer

Montana is known for having all four seasons in the same day. We're hoping for mild temperatures with mid 30s/40s at night and the 70s during the day. But you never know! It could snow!

Is there transportation between the hotels and the venue?

Answer

West Yellowstone is extremely walkable, so we aren't arranging group transportation.

What's the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail, please. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight as the music gets going, feel free to let loose.
