Split Rock Lighthouse
Tour the historic lighthouse and learn more about braving the high seas of Lake Superior. Incredible views of the lake are a bonus.

This is one of Jake and Cecily's favorite breweries in Minnesota!
Canal Park Duluth
Canal Park in Duluth has great restaurants and shopping plus a close up view of the iconic lift bridge. Stop in at Canal Park Brewery for a pint and cheese curds before walking down the lakewalk to watch an ore boat pass under the lift bridge.
Duluth
Duluth offers a wealth of things to see and do. Walk along Superior Street to the Portland Malt Shoppe on your way to Fitger's shops and dining. Visit the Tweed Museum of Art, take a tour of SS William A. Irvin, and stroll through the formal terraced gardens at Glensheen. Lake Superior Maritime Visitor Center, the Lake Superior Zoo and the Lake Superior Railroad Museum are all fun.

We always stop here on our way back from the BWCA for lunch after eating our own catch of fish for the trip! Be sure to try their Breakers burger, it's our favorite!

This restaurant is right across the highway from Grand Superior Lodge. They have fabulous breakfast and pie!
