What's happening the night before the wedding?

Please join us for welcome drinks at Cooper Mill on Saturday, September 5th from 7:30-10:00pm. Cooper Mill is a 10 minute walk from Hotel Heron and the Alexandrian and is located at 10 Duke Street, Alexandria, Virginia 22314.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is summer formal attire. Think fun, bright, long dresses and suits and ties.

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Army Navy Country Club in Arlington, Virginia.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be taking place on an outdoor terrace (weather permitting!). The reception will be held indoors.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, this is an adult-only event with the exception of our nieces and nephew.

Is transportation provided to the wedding venue?

Answer

Transportation will be provided to and from the wedding for those staying at the room blocks in Old Town Alexandria. The bus will depart at 4:00pm from Hotel Heron and 4:15 from The Alexandrian. The bus will depart at 4:15pm from the Hilton Garden Inn. Buses will be available from the wedding to the room block hotels at 9:30pm and 11:00pm. These times may be subject to change depending on room block numbers. Please check back closer to the wedding date to confirm.
