Rehearsal / Rehearsal Dinner

Casual Attire: wear your favorite comfy fall outfit (sweater, flannel, leggings, jeans, anything goes!)
An informal rehearsal will be held at the Black Bass Hotel on the Flagstone Patio at 5 PM to practice wedding music and the processional. Following the rehearsal, we will have the rehearsal dinner at Triumph Brewing Company in New Hope, PA (about 15 min away) at 6:30 PM. All other guests who will be in the New Hope area Friday night are invited to hang out with the bride and groom afterwards around 8-8:30, following the rehearsal dinner at Triumph Brewery!

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. We recommend bringing an extra layer depending on the weather forecast.
The ceremony will be held outdoors on the Flagstone Patio. In case of inclement weather, we have the Main Dining Room in the restaurant available as back-up.
Cocktail Hour

Reception

Reception will be indoor/outdoor on the lower level of the Black Bass. We will have a tent and plenty of heaters to keep everyone comfortable as well as blankets that will be provided by the venue.
After Party...for all the party people who aren't tired

Join us at the Baxter Retreat patio and conference room for the after party! This is located beside the flagstone patio ceremony location. We will have drinks, s'mores, hoagies, and chips. Space will be limited, but all are welcome. While supplies lasts. :) The shuttle back to the Clarion Hotel will run for 2 hours non-stop after the reception.
