Travel Note

Parking at Red Barn Ranch

Follow Mountain House Road until you see Red Barn Ranch on your left. You will also see a driveway directly right of the barn - don't take that driveway. Keep going ~200 feet past the first driveway and enter the second driveway. You will see a small pond on your right. Follow that driveway another ~200 feet until you reach the parking. A parking attendant will direct you from there.

Where to Stay

The wedding is in Hopland, but it's a very small town and there aren't many affordable hotels there. If you're driving down from the north, there's a cute town called Ukiah. It's ~20 minutes from Hopland and has many affordable hotels. Anyone flying in will arrive south of Hopland. There are many towns you could stay in between your airport and the wedding. We live in Healdsburg, ~35 minutes from Hopland. It has a nice square with surrounding shops to walk through and a public beach on the Russian River. If you want to stay closer to the venue, you could also look for hotels or Airbnbs in Cloverdale and Geyserville. If you want to be close to other activities, we would recommend staying somewhere between Santa Rosa and Healdsburg. Santa Rosa is the biggest city in the area and only 1 hour from Hopland. It's also ~1 hour from Napa, the coast, and the Golden Gate Bridge in north San Francisco.

This area doesn't have much public transportation, so you will probably want to rent a car if you're flying in from out of town.

Charles M. Schulz Sonoma County Airport (STS)

STS is the closest airport to the venue (~45 min drive). It is a small airport so flight options may be limited and more expensive. However, the security line is very quick so you won't need to arrive at the airport as early for departures.
