Yes! The ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing will all be at the Red Barn Ranch.
Please arrive between 3:30pm and 3:45pm. This will give everyone plenty of time to park, walk to the ceremony, grab a program, and find their seat before the ceremony begins at 4pm. If you arrive after 4pm, we will kindly ask you to wait in the parking lot until the end of the ceremony (~4:30pm).
Yes, there is plenty of free parking at the venue!
It's a 1 minute walk from the parking to the venue, so no shuttle needed!
There will be very little walking required throughout the day. Getting from the parking to the ceremony is the longest walk and only takes 1 minute.
Yes, please wear cocktail/semi-formal attire. See the wedding attire tab for more info.
We expect the day to be very hot and then cool down around sunset - likely a high of 90°F (32°C) and a low of 60°F (15.5°C). The venue is outdoors, but there will be plenty of shaded areas and some fans. The ceremony won't have shade, so don't forget to wear sunscreen! Also, you might want to bring a jacket for after sunset.
Please bring your ID if you plan to drink alcohol (for ages 21+). Feel free to bring a hand held fan in case of hot weather. You will probably want a jacket for after sunset. Other than those optional items, just bring yourself!
Yes! There will be plenty of alcoholic (for ages 21+) and non-alcoholic beverages. Remember to bring your ID if you want alcoholic beverages!
Yes, all ages are welcome! Just be aware that there are ponds and streams at the venue, so young kids will need to be supervised.
Unfortunately we have a strict limit on the number of guests allowed at the venue. If you have a significant other or +1 who was not invited, feel free to reach out to CC or JJ. If anyone RSVPs early saying they can't make it, we may be able to invite your requested guest. Otherwise, please only bring guests listed on the wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding.
Please RSVP as soon as possible. This will help us plan ahead and invite others who were not invited due to our limited venue capacity. If you don't know in advance, we understand. RSVPs are due by May 1, 2026 at the latest.
Please RSVP online through the RSVP tab.
The wedding is in Hopland, but it's a very small town and there aren't many affordable hotels there. If you're driving down from the north, there's a cute town called Ukiah. It's ~20 minutes from Hopland and has many affordable hotels. Anyone flying in will arrive south of Hopland. There are many towns you could stay in between your airport and the wedding. We live in Healdsburg, ~35 minutes from Hopland. It has a nice square with surrounding shops to walk through and a public beach on the Russian River. If you want to stay closer to the venue, you could also look for hotels or Airbnbs in Cloverdale and Geyserville. If you want to be close to other activities, we would recommend staying somewhere between Santa Rosa and Healdsburg. Santa Rosa is the biggest city in the area and only 1 hour from Hopland. It's also ~1 hour from Napa, the coast, and the Golden Gate Bridge in north San Francisco.
We know most of you are travelling from far away, so your presence in itself is all we're hoping for! But if you want to give us something, please check out the registry tab.
Yes! Please include it in your RSVP and/or reach out to CC or JJ.
Water and non-alcoholic beverages will be available all day, and alcoholic beverages will be available any time after the ceremony. Dinner will start around 6pm so please eat lunch before coming.
Of course! Our 3-year-old mini goldendoodle is 30 pounds of fluff, love, and energy. He's super friendly and will be on a leash all day giving puppy eyes to any and everyone :)
