What is the venue like?

Answer

Yaya Farm and Apple Orchard is a small, working farm in Longmont, Colorado. The grounds are a mixture of grass, mulch, and dirt.

What should I wear?

Answer

Our dress code is semi-formal. Keep in mind that the wedding and reception will both be outside. September evenings in Colorado can go from very hot to slightly chilly, so keep that in mind. We would love it if guests wore colors that are on theme. Autumnal colors like brown, maroon, burnt orange, tan, mustard, etc. will all work fabulously!

Are kids allowed?

Answer

For a variety of reasons, we have chosen to keep our wedding to 21+. We hope to see you there, but we understand if this is prohibitive.

What time is the wedding?

The ceremony will begin at 5PM and the reception will go until 9PM.

What's the vibe?

Answer

We are going for a super-fun, backyard BBQ vibe. We will have great food, booze aplenty, and yard games for the reception!

Due to extremely limited venue capacity, we ask that only guests listed on the invitation attend :)

Do You Have a Registry?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the best present of all, and we have realized that we have all the "stuff" we need to start our lives together. However, if you’d like to give us a gift, we would appreciate contributions toward our honeymoon fund, which will help us go on a relaxing honeymoon! Infomation about this will be under the "registry" tab :)
