We met at a bar in early 2020, just before the world turned upside down. A random night out turned into the beginning of something amazing. A few weeks later, the pandemic hit—and even in the middle of all the uncertainty, we always made time for each other. We squeezed in date nights wherever we could: cozy takeout dinners at home, or huddled together under outdoor heaters, eating in the cold because indoor dining wasn’t an option. Somehow, even the frigid weather felt romantic. From the very beginning, we bonded over our love for the outdoors. Whether it’s hiking mountain trails, backpacking through wild places, or simply soaking in the quiet beauty of nature, it’s where we feel most alive—and most ourselves. That shared passion is why we’ve chosen to get married in the mountains, surrounded by the natural beauty that’s always been such a meaningful part of our journey.
