Is there valet at the rehearsal dinner/welcome drinks?

Yes! Formento's has valet! It is cash only.

We are respectfully requesting an adults only evening, with the exception of our nieces and nephews.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We will have transportation to and from our two hotel blocks. The Loews Chicago Hotel and the Palmer House. Buses will arrive at each location at 4:00 p.m. for pick up from the hotels and will make multiple trips to bring guests back from the venue between 9:30 p.m. - 11:59 p.m.

I am flying to Chicago, what is the best way to get to my hotel?

Answer

Both O’Hare and Midway Airports have multiple transportation options. Uber/Lyft and Taxi are both available at each airport. Additionally, you can use public transportation, taking Chicago’s “L” trains downtown directly from each airport (“L” is slang for Elevated Train, since most of Chicago’s train lines are above ground). Midway -> Orange Line to the Washington/Wabash stop (approx. 33 minute ride) O’Hare -> Blue Line to the Washington stop (approx. 41 minute ride) **Note: there is only one L line heading one direction at each airport, so it is impossible to get on the wrong train.
