What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive and be seated no later than 4:15pm. Doors will close at that time and any latecomers will have a wonderful view of our ceremony from the dirt lot across the street.

Parking Information

Answer

Please do NOT park in the dirt lot across the street, on the street in front of the event center (Monroe Street), or in the church’s parking lot on the northwest side of 83rd avenue. The City of Peoria grants our venue the use of their parking lots for events- please utilize these parking lots. Violators who park on the dirt lot, northwest parking lot, or on Monroe Street will be ticketed and towed. A parking map has been sent with the invitations, however if you prefer a digital format or have misplaced yours, please check out the photos tab of our website towards the bottom!

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than October 13th so we can ensure a proper headcount to our vendors!

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes! The venue is wheelchair friendly. We would like to note that the ceremony seating is in grass. Please let us know if there are any accommodations you may need.

What is the recommended dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, as are suits and cocktail dresses.

Do you have a wedding hashtag?

Answer

Yes! Please use our hashtag #CaughtACozzolino when posting any photos from our festivities! This hashtag will allow everyone easy access to check out all the awesome memories we’ve all collected.

Can I take and post photos during the wedding?

Answer

We will be hosting an unplugged ceremony, in which the couple requests that guests put away cell phones, cameras, and any other devices for the full duration of the ceremony to allow for everyone to be present in the moment. Don’t worry- there will be highly trusted professionals on site to capture every moment! We do encourage guests to take and post as many pictures as they’d like during the reception! Don’t forget to include our wedding hashtag, #CaughtACozzolino, so we can see all of your beautiful pictures!

Are kids welcome?

As much as we love your little ones, we respectfully request that this be a mostly adult only evening. Please see this as an opportunity to let down your hair and party with us. Infants (under 12 months) and children of immediate family will be in attendance.

Can I bring a date?

Please do! We’ve included a plus one on your invitation- please let us know your guests name at time of RSVP.

I have my Plus One, but what if Mary Sue wants to come, too?

We are at capacity with our venue which means we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests outside of those listed on your invitation. We look forward to celebrating with you on the big day!

What is the weather like at this time of year?

Answer

In most years, Phoenix averages daily high between 73° and 80° Fahrenheit and a low that falls between 50° and 54° Fahrenheit. It should be a beautiful night under the stars.

Are there any other wedding events I can attend?

Answer

There will not be a bridal shower pre-wedding. The only event pre-wedding day will be an un-hosted welcome event at Westgate on Friday, Nov 11. Please see our Weekend Events page for more information.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please refer to the Accommodations page for hotel recommendations- a hotel block has not been made.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are not registered anywhere, but thank you for asking! We have lived together for several years and have everything we could possibly need- baby included. If you would like to contribute towards our honeymoon fund or our new house fund, you are more than welcome to do so but not at all obligated.
