Question

Where is the ceremony being held?

Answer

The ceremony is being held at Lebanon Presbyterian Church. The church is located at 123 North East Street, Lebanon, Ohio 45036.

Question

What time does the ceremony start?

Answer

Our ceremony starts promptly at 4:30 p.m on September 21st. We ask our guests to please arrive 30 minutes prior to our ceremony. Please arrive early - we don't want anyone to miss this exciting event!

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony. We please ask that our guests do not take pictures during our ceremony. We will have two fantastic photographers present, so don't worry - lots of pictures will be taken!

Question

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

The bride, groom, their wedding party, and families will be taking pictures at the church for about an hour. The venue opens at 6:30, so there will be some free time in between the ceremony and reception. The drive to the reception from the ceremony takes approximately 30 minutes.

Question

Where is the reception being held?

Answer

The reception is being held at The Oasis Golf Club in The Mulberry Room. The address is 902 Loveland-Miamiville Road, Loveland, Ohio 45140.

Question

What time does the reception start? When is it scheduled to end?

Answer

The reception is being held from 6:30 to 10:30 pm on September 21, 2019.

Question

Can I take and post pictures of the reception?

Answer

Absolutely! Our only request is use our wedding hashtag, #CaudillForever and #AnsonDownTheAisle, so we can keep track of our guests' pictures!

Question

Will there be food and drinks served at the reception?

Answer

Yes, definitely! There will be assorted hors d'oeuvres, salad, a main course with two sides, and wedding cake for dessert. For drinks, there will be soft drinks, water, coffee, tea, and a full open bar. Included in your wedding invitation, is a detailed reception menu.

Question

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

If you have any dietary restrictions, please let either of us know! We will let the caterer know, so they can accommodate you as best as possible. We want everyone to feel comfortable and safe.

Answer

The reception is being held indoors. Attached to The Mulberry Room is a gorgeous covered outdoor patio. Guests are welcome to go out there as they please. There will be a smoking area on the end of the patio as well.

Question

Is there parking at the ceremony and reception venues?

Answer

Yes, there is free parking at both locations. A large parking lot is located across the street from Lebanon Presbyterian Church. You may also park in the parking lot on the side of the church. At the reception venue, there is ample parking for our guests.

Question

Is your ceremony and reception venues handicap accessible?

Answer

Yes, both of our venues are handicap accessible. There is a small ramp to go into the church. There are no steps going into our reception venue.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

We would love for everyone to bring a guest. However, to keep our guest list on track, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. We hope all of our guests understand! You may email, call, or text if you have any other questions!

Answer

The dress code is black tie optional. We hope this will be a fun excuse for you to wear something more formal! Men can wear a tuxedo, but it is not a requirement. A formal dark suit and tie is also an option. Women can wear a long even gown, a dressy suit, or a mid-length cocktail dress.

Question
