Miguel and I tried this spot ourselves and absolutely loved it! The barbecue is incredible, and the whole atmosphere makes it such a beautiful place for a date night. It’s one of those places that feels special but still relaxed — we highly recommend checking it out!
This spot is right in the center of Braga and is a great place to stop during the day. It’s perfect for grabbing a drink, enjoying a good lunch, and taking a break while exploring the city. The food is great, the atmosphere is lively, and for all the Aperol lovers — they make a great Aperol spritz! A perfect casual spot if you’re spending time in the city center.
Just a short drive or train ride from Porto, the Douro Valley is a must‑visit for wine lovers and nature enthusiasts. There are plenty of tour options that include transportation (often by bus), a scenic river cruise, wine tastings at local estates, and even meals throughout the day.
The town is renowned for its well-preserved historical center and the prominent Guimarães Castle! It’s the perfect spot for a half-day adventure filled with history, architecture, and cute cafés. Pro tip: wear comfy shoes and bring your camera—this place is picture-perfect!
If you guys know Alexandra, you know that she loves castles! This is another incredible historic site to check out during your stay in Braga.
A fantastic place to sample traditional Braga cuisine. Don’t miss the bacalhau à Braga—and be sure to pair it with a glass of vinho verde!
