MaryBeth

Maid of Honor

MaryBeth became my baby sister when I was still a baby. I can't remember a time when she wasnt here. She is one of the only people in the world that can genuinly make me laugh, especially when we're not supposed to be laughing. Some of my favortie memories that we have together are: the time we rescued a mouse from a glue trap, the time I taught her to tie her shoes at the doctor's office, and the time she got stuck on the banister and I was laughing so hard that I couldn't help her. In adulthood, MaryBeth was there for me during the most diffucult time of my life, when no one else was. I know it wasn't easy for her, but I will always appreciate it. I can't think of anyone I would rather have as my Maid of Honor.

Alexandra "Xan"

Bridesmaid

Xan is basically my 2nd sister, but biologically, she's my cousin. Her favorite thing to do as a child was pinch me for some reason. We eventually bonded over out mutual (and misguided) love of Abercrombie and Fitch. By the time I got a car, we went to Starbucks together every Thursday. There have been many times when she was late to school because of me, but she never made me feel bad about it. She's grown into a fantastic young woman. I'm so happy she'll be standing up there with me.

Madalynn

Bridesmaid

Madalynn is my future sister-in-law. I met her when she was just 15 years old. She is by far the most well-adjusted teenager I've ever met. We are both Swifties, so naturally, we get along pretty well. On her sixteenth birthday, Dalton and I surprised her with Harry Styles tickets and that is the only time I've seen her cry. One time, I messed up a soup so bad that it became mac and cheese, and she genuinly enjoyed it. Her and Dalton have such a great relationship, she was an obvious choice as my next bridesmaid.

Lainey

Bridesmaid

Lainey and I met in the sixth grade but we became best friends our first year of highschool. We had so many classes together, almost every lit class, but Drama was our favorite. We were in almost all the plays together and she always did something on the night of the shows that made me laugh and brake character. I still believe Lainey was the best damn mascot Berrien High School ever had. Lainey and I ended up going to VSU together and were eachother's first roommates. Lainey wanted me to be apart of her special day years ago. But for several unfortunate circumstances, I couldn't do it. I wish I could've been there for her, but I can't change that. I'm honored to have her stand with me on my special day.

Jordan

Bridesmaid

Jordan and I met in Mrs. Rice's class in the third grade. She and I were always friendly with eachother. She was a shy girl, but she was always singing to herself. We had band together, Jordan on colorguard, me on danceline in the (award winning) Rebel Regiment Band. She was in drama with the rest of us and she was the only one who knew how to harmonize correctly. Senior year, Lainey, Amber and I, pulled her out of her shell when we were all casted in "The Marvelous Wonderettes." Doing that show made us all one unit. Of course, I'm the last one to be married. I was looking forward to going to Jordan's Wedding but I had unfortunatly had to quarentine with COVID 19. Having her be one of the strong women I've chosen as my bridesmaids will be a privilge.
