OUR STORY:
Catherine had just moved to Kansas City and was looking to meet new people when her coworker, Zoe, invited her along on a date—turning it into a blind double date. Zoe’s date, Keenan, brought his friend Mitchell, and the four met out for a night of IPAs, skee ball, and easy conversation.
It didn’t take long for Catherine and Mitchell to hit it off, especially when they discovered they lived in the same apartment building—just one floor apart. What started as a coincidence quickly turned into something much more, with the two spending nearly every day together after.
Then, Mitchell proposed on their apartment rooftop, the spot where they’d shared so many sunset dinners and late-night ice cream dates. It felt perfect, just like the invisible string (shoutout to Taylor Swift) that seemed to have pulled them together from the start.
