Ceremony in the Grove
4:00 pm - 4:45 pm

Please arrive on time for the ceremony; traffic on PCH can get heavy in the afternoon, so plan for extra commute time. The walk to the ceremony is down a hill, so we will ask you to wait at the top of the hill until the ceremony is over if you do come late. Thank you for your understanding!
The attire is considered to be "formal", meaning suits and ties or cocktail dresses, but you're welcome to wear tuxedos or long gowns if you're feeling fancy. We ask please for no jeans or shorts. Those wearing heels, please note: the ceremony is down a slight grassy hill in the dirt under a grove of pine trees. You're always welcome to bring a change of shoes if you want to wear your heels and then change later - we just want you to be careful! There will also be golf carts available to take guests to the ceremony location if you would like some assistance.
Cocktail Hour in the Grove
4:45 pm - 5:45 pm

There will be appetizers, and an open bar with signature cocktails, as well as wine and beer available. While you mingle, enjoy the view and the music! You'll be outside, and since it's a Cali beach town, it could get cold as the sun sets, so a shawl or wrap may be nice if you tend to get cold.
Reception on the Sage Ballroom Patio

Dinner will be outside on The Ranch's beautiful Sage Ballroom Patio! There will be heaters and fire pits in case you get cold, but you might want to bring a coat as well.
When you RSVP, you'll get to choose your meal and there is also a spot for you to request any songs you'll want to hear at the reception. We can't wait to dance and have fun with you!
