We met exactly when we needed to. Despite having mutual friends, it took a few years for our paths to finally cross. Thanks to Snapchat, LA Fitness, and Instagram, we now have a beautiful story to tell. It's going to sound like a story of stalking by Cat but, we promise it's not that.. She is just stubborn and determined. Long story short, Cat saw Hans via Snapchat, at LA Fitness, then went ahead and followed him on Instagram. The exact message that was sent to Hans was "Either you have a doppelgänger running around or.. I just saw you at LA Fitness." Then began the back and forth messaging which eventually led to Cat asking for a ride on Hans' motorcycle. Cat's roommates watched from the window as she got on the back of Hans' old school Honda and ride off into the sunset. Turns out it was the first of many, many motorcycle rides to come. After the first date, at Victor's 1959 Cafe, they knew it wouldn't be the last time they saw each other. Fast forward through 6 years of belly laughs, fun, a long-distance relationship, growing up, and many motorcycle adventures, Hans proposed on the beach in Mexico at sunrise.
