Thankfully most of our friends and family have been vaccinated at this point in time. As of now, we plan to continue with "Plan A". If circumstances change (knock on wood) we will keep you posted.
We will have wristbands available that will specify the varying levels of "okay" that our guests might be at. Green = good with hugs and handshakes, and ready to party like it's 2019. Yellow = ask before hugs and handshakes, but down for a party, and finally Red = no touchy, keep your distance. Just so everyone knows, green does not necessarily mean a person is fully vaccinated against COVID; We understand that it is an individual choice to get vaccinated, this is just to help navigate what might be the first big event many people have been to.
While the bride would prefer that to be the case, at this time she is strongly encouraging guests to get tested prior to the event at minimum, as a courtesy.
There will be a shuttle running between the hotel and venue. Times are TBD. If you reserved a room at a different hotel, or you live in the area, there is is Uber and Lyft. The venue will allow for cars to park overnight until the next morning, so please DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE.
No. We love children, however, this is a 21 and older event. For safety and liability reasons, no one under 21 is invited. This is a difficult call, as many of our friends and family members have (or will have) little ones that we love dearly, but for peace of mind, we respectfully ask you to enjoy a grown-ups' night out. If you need help finding a sitter, please let us know and we can try to figure something out.
