Welcome Happy Hour

7:15 pm - 9:00 pm

For anyone in town Friday before the wedding, we invite you to spend more time with us and meet some of the other guests. We will offer a limited tab to start everyone off with a drink on us, more drinks are available for purchase if desired.

Our Wedding

5:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Summer Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, nice sundresses, and light jackets and slacks. Bonus points for seersucker. Bridal party will be in navy and burgundy.

The ceremony will be outside, so be prepared for grass and sun. Please no phones or photos during the ceremony, we've got a professional photographer so you can be present and enjoy! The reception will follow right after the ceremony ( approximately 6:15 pm) in the main hall with an open wine and beer bar and lots of dancing.

Brunch

9:00 am - 11:00 am

Please let us know if you would like to join us for breakfast before you leave on Sunday. We are currently discussing with the hotel what options are available for how to arrange a reservation for everyone to sit together at the hotel restaurant, the JP Charlotte. We will share details as we have them.
